I love the product. The only issue I had was shipping; the shipping time did not match and was two days late. Nothing occured to make it late, just give the order the two extra days to get to you if you order. Other than that the tablet is fantastic!

I ordered the GSM version but was sent the CDMA version (Verizon). I returned it for a replacement but got a refund instead. I guess they were out of the GSM version and were just shipping people the CDMA version hoping the customer wouldn't notice the difference. :-|

About the only thing slightly disappointing is the Verizon dedicated logo engraved on these devices and they boot up with Verizon screens. I don't plan on using them with SIM cards so network connection to cell service isn't important to me. Pretty good value for the $$ though!😉

This tablet came in a timely manner and was in excellent condition. It was a gift for an 11-year old and they loved it. Very easy to set up and use. I would recommend this tablet and seller.

once again this qqs a Verizon tablet instead of an unlocked one, worked out fine for my purposes but this is the second time thisbhas happened
