    There were many problems that compounded to make it so that I plan on returning this laptop. Before I get into that, though, I want to mention that it works. Turns on, isn't too slow. I would give it a higher rating if I didn't pay for "Excellent" quality. The battery is at 80% max capacity. Not terrible, but not good at all. The keyboard is unreliable. Particularly on the "m", "t", "u", "0", and "o" keys. Sometimes when I press them nothing happens. Sometimes they detect multiple keystrokes when I pressed it once. This is by far the most unbearable. There's still a bunch of dust clogging the fan. It's not too much to be an immediate problem, but it indicates that they weren't actually very thorough at all when cleaning, so I might discover more. The weird mousepad thing in the middle of the keyboard came off for some reason, and I had to stick it back on. This will not do. I plan on returning it if they give me a refund, or selling it secondhand if they don't.
