    Straight out the box, it looked pretty good. They were little to know, scratches or any smudges on the laptop. It seemed to be in perfect condition. The set up process was smooth and easy. The only issue I had was staying up until 2 AM in the morning after receiving the package when I got home around 8 because the sound was not working . Everything in the settings looked fine but the troubleshooting wasn’t working as well . I tried to also download an app for class and that wasn’t working either. Until I realized the next day, I had to update the laptop and then reset it. After doing all the updating, the sound started to work as well as downloading the app. So just a heads up, if you have that problem, see if you have to update the laptop. Which I don’t understand why I didn’t do that in the first place. So it definitely was user error. The reason for the 4 stars is since the battery life kinda sucks but it’s nothing to crazy.

    well it's a really fabulous iMac and it worked exactly as it's supposed to and was easily upgradable to Monterey operating system and the packaging of it was really fabulous with a special kind of heavy duty bubble wrap and I couldn't be happier with the delivery or the merchandise! Kudos to the vendor and Back Market!
