    Back Market is great. However, this is the second time ordering and receiving phones from this specific seller and BOTH phones had a problem. The iPhone 12 was not quite in the condition advertised. Screen was supposed to be Flawless but had a couple of obviously visible scratches and the iPhone XS had problems with the earpiece (almost no volume). Every other of my many purchases thru Back Market were GREAT!
