    Back Market confirmed my order #71208744 on 01/24/2026 for a Galaxy Tab S8+ (Silver, Wi-Fi + 5G). The product page did not list what accessories were included or excluded, but the listing image showed the tablet equipped with an S-Pen and advertised 5G functionality. The business failed to provide services as follows: 1. Missing accessory The package I received did not include the S-Pen, which was shown in the product image and not disclosed as excluded. 2. Undisclosed carrier lock / misrepresentation The tablet I received is Verizon-locked. This was not disclosed anywhere on the product page. The listing did not specify that the device was carrier-locked or identify a 5G carrier. I contacted Verizon and was informed that unlocking the device would cost $259. I am a T-Mobile user, so the 5G functionality — a key reason for this purchase — is unusable to me. 3. Denial of return and customer support access After order submitted, the order was soon marked “no longer available” in my account and showed an option to “remove it.” Believing the item was no longer available, I clicked remove. The product was still delivered, but my Orders page became completely empty. Back Market’s website only allows returns or support requests through a “Get help” link under the order, which is now inaccessible. As a result, I have no way, no way at all, to request a return or contact customer support through my account.
