1: All aspects of doing business with Back Market were efficient and uncomplicated and were accomplished in a professional and timely manner. 2: The Galaxy S8+5G tablet that I ordered is exactly as described and is working beautifully. I have not yet installed a SIM card so I do not know if the phone function is working, but since everything else is OK I assume that the 5G connection is also. 3: I did purchase the extended warranty. 4: I also traded in an old I-pad and received a very reasonable price for it which was paid quickly and without complications. 5: I am very satisfied with Back Market and will do business with them again as I find refurbished tech more than sufficient for my needs.

Looks Brand new. Not a mark anywhere. Correct S Pen as well. Had a little problem with the delivery, but that was on UPS. So I paid a little extra to pick it up myself. Tablet is a step up from the S9 FE i had for about a year. This S8 plus is beautiful, screen is much better than the fe, charges fast, i couldn't be happier. Perfect Tablet for art. everything works flawlessly. Worth the 400.00 I paid. Love it!!!

To be honest this was my first time buying from BackMarket and I was a bit skeptical at first but I've had a positive experience buying and using my Samsung Tab S8+. I've heard stories that refurbished products from this website can be a hit or miss but I thankfully got such a good deal on a tablet I've been wanting for a while now and is still in pretty good condition with scratches here and there. I think I bought mine in "good condition" and in my opinion for the price I paid im pretty fricken happy. I'm planning on maybe getting a refurbished samsung phone from this website but im currently waiting till some of the prices go down. Regardless I enjoyed my time on this website and am glad my tablet has a new home with me. When buying from this website always try to find the seller and see how their star ratings are and from there determine if buying from them is the best for you. I was definitely hesitant at first ya know BUT I just got it and it's even better than I expected! It came faster than I thought it would, the process was so simple and easy. If there's any cosmetic damage it's not visible to my eyes (I do wear glasses so...) It works amazing, it's gorgeous, it's smooth it's perfect for class and art, I'm in love!

the tablet works perfectly no issues. The S pen though I think it's not compatible with the tablet some of the features are not available and the color is different too. And even though it tells the pen can't connect i can still use it no problem.
