    This was my second Mac purchase. I was actually very impressed with my first experience a few years ago and decided to purchase another. The my new Mac started having issues with the mouse and screen freezing the 4th day. I tried getting help through the virtual support but they weren’t much help. I have sent my laptop back and now I’m trying to see what the process will be on returning and replacement.

    Phones been working fine so far. I ordered it in fair condition, so I was expecting some scratches, maybe a ding here or there, and although I have discovered some on the screen, it hasn’t disrupted the functioning of the phone. I can’t visibly tell what the battery’s health is(as I’m sure it was swapped for a backup not by Apple), but the phone manages to hold its charge for a good couple of hours(never leave home without your charger tho, just to be safe). All in all, ehhhh it’s 4 so far :p
