    Absolutely pleased, came in excellent condition as described, had no marks scuffs or any damage, only thing was that that cable it came with wasn’t the original space black color, just an off brand white cord, charger brick was an official Apple 20w though, so all In all, I’m very satisfied.

    The phone was pretty good. I got the 1000 GB 15 Pro Max ("Excellent" Condition) - it came a little dirty which wasn't my favorite thing. Additionally, it had started slightly glitching, now personally I would ranked it to be in Good Condition due to this reason. Otherwise...the phone has been great! I love the storage, it's still a very good, responsive, quality phone. Overall? 7.5/10. I've seen better, but this is definitely not the worst. Please keep in mind that this phone is REFURBISHED so I wouldn't expect every promise in the world that's stated on the sight.

    This is practically a brand new phone. It was incredibly easy to get set up. The only thing I would change is to replace the charging cable I don't use (I have wireless chargers) with one of those keys to open the SIM card slot. I managed to find a pin that worked, but it would be nice to just have that included. Still, this was a great purchase and I'm sure I'll come back here if I need any other electronics.

    Excellent unit. Great condition. Far better than expected. Works perfect and a new battery as well. Recommend 10/10. Only suggestion is to check the SIM card slot for the old SIM card. On activation with eSIM it asked me which number I wanted to use. My number or some number from a different area code. Choose a primary line and a business line. Confused, I checked the SIM card slot and found an old SIM card. I tossed the old one. All confusion instantly eliminated. Metro supports eSIM and I activated myself for free. Unit just needs WiFi and it’s simple. Operating fine with no physical SIM card installed. With this phone storage, I can load ALL my apps without having to rotate them and offload because it’s low on space. It’s perfect. Love it! After selling and buying from BackMarket, I can fully recommend them and will be back for more stuff because it’s a great deal
