The item arrived in pristine condition will a 97% battery life still in tact! It was basically like getting a brand new phone for 1/3 of the cost! OnePlus phones have the best battery life on the market and the best cameras out there. Hasselblaad lenses! I cannot more strongly recommend Back Market! They're the best!

Phone looks great. No scratches on the screen and does seem like new. The battery health is 95% which is great but the included testing label said it was 100% battery health. Not sure why it would be different

The phone is fine, fully functioning and the cable came in the box as stated but the phone has a deep scratch in the display which is slightly disappointing but I selected the good condition so I guess that's was kind of expected. Everything else is fine tho

I love this phone so much! it's for plenty of storage so I don't even mind that it doesn't have a place for a SD card. my last phone didn't either and was only a 64g and this one is WAY over that with 421gb. The camera is amazing!!
