    I ordered the iPhone 15 (black) in good condition. The phone arrived 3 days later from ordering. Phone came wrapped up in a box with small styrofoam chips and a charger cord. Phone is in perfect condition it seems. No scratches or damage appears to be anywhere on the phone. The battery health was amazing. It had 0 cycle counts when it arrived so basically a brand new battery. As far as as the phone it gets hot fast so definitely need a case. I think that’s just an iPhone problem itself though. I use my phone very often for work and social so a full charge lasts me about 6-7 hours

    I ordered my iPad mini 6 in the Space Grey color and with 256 GB of memory in the "Good" condition (there was no usb-c charging cable that came with the order, just the ipad itself). This has been my 2nd time ordering something expensive from BackMarket (the first was my M1 MacBook Pro and in the "Good" condition as well), and I am still so surprised. The outside is not bruised or scuffed up at all - there is no scratches/dents that I can see (I personally would say this is more of an "Excellent" condition). The screen has a couple of scratches but it isn't anything that will bother me since it is on the side of the screen. Everything works well and I am very pleased with my purchase from BackMarket. I don't think I'll ever buy anything brand new from Apple anymore since BackMarket really helps saves money where it matters most and even though the tech isn't the latest with the newest bells and whistles, it still is very fast and will not let you down! I'm already looking forward to my next tech purchase on BackMarket already! :D

    The Mac mini I ordered was in the exact condition I expected. Has worked great so far and even upgraded to an NVMe with little difficulty.     I bought this Macbook Air for my daughter in university. After a brief adjustment period of going from PC world to a Mac, she is very happy with it. It has been refurbished to as close as new as possible. It is clean and does not show it's age (2017). It more than suits her needs for school. It came as described and the price was great.
