    Device came with a chipped screen, and I was told that was acceptable for a fair condition phone. The site said the screen might have micro scratches, not a chipped edge. I also ordered a case and screen protectors at the same time. Now, 20 days later, I got an email saying that that order was canceled. The only offer you made was to return the phone, but I needed a phone as my old one had stopped working. That would have left me without a phone for over a week. Unacceptable. I won’t buy from Backmarket again; and I’ll tell anyone who asks not to either.
