    Everything went smoothly! It shipped quickly and the machine works wonderfully. The volume keys are slightly loose, and there seems to be a piece of debris stuck in the screen, but that seems par for the course based on the fair condition and the price I paid so I’m not upset. I will say that I wish a proper charger were included rather than the third party USB-C that came in the package. I would order from you guys again for sure, and I will recommend this site to my friends if they’re looking for tech!

    The screen behaved strangely at first, but it’s working fine now. The only issue is that the screen itself doesn’t sit flush in the device, so that light goes through the edge of the glass and creates weird light patterns on the screen while using the device outside.

    I received it in a timely manner and it looks fine and the software is fine but the space bar is sticking badly and the L button also sticks intermittently. Yes, I have options to repair or replace but they all involve sending my computer back before receiving the new one, which is very annoying considering I wouldn’t even be able to transfer the new setup I created let alone I would be going without a computer or using my old computer, which thankfully I haven’t sent back in yet. This is my first time on backmarket. I have bought all my other devices from swappa and was happy with them but this had more variety and my friend recommended it so I thought I’d give it a try. I guess it’s not worse than swappa but the whole “guarantee” feels like as much of a hassle as theirs would be and I had higher expectations since these are refurbished and not just used. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Black Market uses categories to provide the customer expectations on conditions that the product will likely have when it arrives. There is evidence that this Macbook Air was succumbed to a drop onto the top left corner of the screen. There is evidence of minimal yet normal wear on the keyboard. The outer part of the macbook have some tiny scratches that are also part of normal wear. The battery holds 94% of its original capacity, yet with only 150 cycles I can't complain. I had wanted to buy my own Mac again after leaving a job that provided one for work. A new Mac with the storage and RAM that I wanted was out of my price range. This two-year-old, lightly used Macbook did fit my budget. I am excited and now am reminded why I love Macs so much.

    The computer arrived promptly. It was clean and everything seems to work great on it so far. It was kind of annoying that the operating system wasn't updated. Seems like a premium priced computer should be up to date. Also, it didn't come with an Apple charger or extension when the listing said that it had all Apple parts. The generic charger doesn't work with the extension I have so I'll have to buy a charger as well if I want to be able to plug in from far away. Overall, good service. I hope the computer lasts a long time.

    The device arrived as described but after about 3 weeks the charging time went from an hour and a half at 50% to 4 hours. The only solution from backmarket is to return it to the refurbisher for a refund. unfortunately I cannot be without a device for over a week. I havent seen any other available solutions
