Generally very happy with this item, except that the f key was sticking from the moment it arrived and I didn't receive the MacSafe charging cable that is standard equipment with this model. Other than that, though, I'm having a good experience.

Absolutely obsessed. I’ve had the same Acer Windows computer for over 8 years now, and as a grad gift to myself I bought this computer. I love it! I got it in excellent condition and it came in perfect condition- looks brand new! I swear I’ve been on this thing since 9am this morning (it’s 5:30pm now) and it has worked so great! Back Market is so good! I have never had a better customer service experience, although Wayfair used to be up there in 2020. If something isn't working well, there's no fighting, you just get to return and replace, like a normal company would do. Luckily, that's only happened twice out of the maybe 25 items I've bought over the years. This last purchase was no exception. So pretty, I feel rich!
