    Really such a bargain. I keep discovering new little perks I didn't realize this computer has. It is working perfectly. I feel like the trade-in I got was very fair as well. The computer has a couple of dents in it that don't effect its performance at all, but made it a terrific price. This is the second thing I've purchased from Back Market - an iphone and a MacBook Pro - and I'm sure I'll be a customer again.

    The iPhone 15 Pro arrived in strong cosmetic condition, but the battery health and cycle count were unacceptable for a premium refurbished device. Back Market support acknowledged that the cycle count was outrageously high and not within their own standards. That defect forced hours of unnecessary disruption: multiple data transfers, eSIM activation issues, restoring apps and settings, wiping devices, and repackaging hardware. Despite admitting the device failed their stated standards, the only resolution offered was a basic return with no meaningful compensation for the time and inconvenience caused.

    Great phone. Wrong color but I still chose to keep it. When the color error came up with customer service I was told I misidentified my white phone for a blue phone. Very insulting. I’ve purchased iPads, phones, AirPods, and laptops over the years. To be told I can’t distinguish white from blue is unbelievable. This has definitely changed my perception and feelings about Back Market.

    The IPhone itself is quite nice! The pictures on site for the ‘Good’ condition were really on point. The phone functions well, I did have an issue with the Tap To Pay and the NFC chip. But! With the one year warranty I can ship my phone back and purchase another when it’s best for me. Overall good service, just a little something slipped under the radar.

    I was skeptical about ordering from back market initially. But so glad I did!!! The phone works just fine. Just a three very minor indents that are small you can’t see unless you’re really looking! And I noticed AirPlay doesn’t start connected which sucks but otherwise everything is good!     I don’t recommend this website. I ordered an iPhone 14 at “exceptional” quality and my battery life is 84% then my trade in was decreased from 75 to 45 dollars cause of some barely visible “screen burn.” These people seem like scammers. Nowhere that I could see on my phone listing did it say battery was at 84% what a croc of horseshit.
