    My device shipped and arrived very quickly! It was well-packaged and also contained a phone charger (which I didn’t know it was going to come with). For the condition of the phone: there were minor dust particles along the edges of the screen & a little dust in the lower speakers, but no scratches or anything of concern. I cleaned the phone, attached my strong screen protector, & my case. I am very happy with my purchase. The phone works perfectly, & it has 92% battery health. I purchased this phone to have an additional phone with more storage than my current iPhone 15 Pro (128GB). It will basically serve as my camera for concerts and when I’m traveling. I’m so happy I’ll have 1TB to work with since my current phone is at max capacity. Thank you guys! Great seller & great first-time experience with BackMarket.

    It is refurbished very well and works great with IOS26. The glass screen was a bit marred and so the protective glass I put on it is not sticking fully, but it works 95% well as a shield to phone glass. I agree that it meets the standards of Excellent for a refurbished phone. Every computer and device I get from Back Market meets or exceeds the descriptions

    Fifth purchase of five here — four MacBook Airs and an iPhone — and this MB Air is the fifth that arrived quickly and in better condition than promised. And a good warranty as well. Bonus for their willingness to buy (and probably recycle) a working but near-obsolete old laptop and cord for $44, so both can either live on or get recycldd. Why buy anywhere else?

    Honestly and like most skeptical. Saw that they had good reviews on many other sites and gotta say when I chose excellent condition on a 2020 MacBook Pro I was hoping it be clean. The refurbisher was Liberty Tech Group and I appreciate them using Apple parts, so I didn’t get notifications when I set up the phone, but they also took the care to send my phone with a screen protector and charging box (which are not standard policy).
