    It was in excellent condition, I am very happy with the charger that was included. The battery has some real staying power to it which I appreciate and it was one of my top factors when deciding to purchase a new laptop. My old laptop the battery was awful. The trackpad might be a little sticky; sometimes I have difficulty clicking things, but it could also be my unfamiliarity with the way Mac trackpads function.

    Came here to say that the purchase was a success. MacBook came in great condition! I’m a first Mac user so getting adjusted to the interface will take time. No scratches to the visible eye, clean. Even though the max capacity says 83%, I charged it to 100 and it dropped 20% in 6 hours. Pretty good if you ask me!

    So glad I found this company. I previous bought a “excellent” condition phone from Amazon and once received battery was at 75% and screen looked like it was drug through a gravel pit. Decided to try Back Market. Way better than expected. Phone is in immaculate co diction with an excellent battery and cheaper than Amazon POS. I’ll never not buy a phone through back market. I refuse to pay $1500 for a new iPhone when I can’t get an excellent 13 mini for $350. Already referred back market to family and friends. Anyone who has doubts…don’t.

    It’s a little slower than I expected, but I think it’s because I use my iPhone for everything and it’s pretty fast by comparison. That’s not on them though! I had it rushed because I needed it for a conference and it got here a few hours earlier than expected! They kept in touch with tracking info every 4hrs. Great place to get a refurb!!
