    the phone was beautiful and useful battery life is terrible but only because it’s such a small phone i think. the milliamphours just don’t hold up the way i need them to. delivery was quick, back market ui is intuitive and useful.

    I really needed an upgrade from my intel. This was the absolute best decision I’ve made in a while. I appreciate how much of a deal I got, and I can’t believe how great it looks. Not a single sign of it being refurbished. I mean, it is absolutely flawless. Ridiculously fast and works perfectly. I do have one suggestion. Please put a “fragile” sticker on the packaging. No one wants to tossed around laptop. Especially with the minuscule amount of cushioning in the package. I mean it did its job, but if the handler was a little more aggressive, I’m pretty sure it would’ve gotten damaged.

    Came in perfect condition. Honestly looks and functions like brand new. We do get the warning that the battery is not a genuine Apple part but the phone is amazing. We ONLY buy phones from BackMarket for reliability and their customer service is second to none! We just bought one for our grandson and my dad’s is shipping now. This will be our fifth phone from them. Love this company! (No, they didn’t bribe me to say this!! 😂)

    I've had this laptop for about a month now, and so far so good. No system issues. The battery life seems to be holding up very well. I bought this laptop in "Good Condition" and honestly, it looks like it's in excellent condition. I can't see any visible scratches, marks or dents anywhere on the device. Keyboard is responsive and the backlighting is perfect and steady. It came with a non-Apple branded charger which works just as well. Size-wise It's slightly smaller than my previous 2017 device, and the Starlight color is really pretty (looks more like Gold than Yellow in case anyone was wondering!). I do wish the final price was a little lower than what I paid, but hopefully MChip laptops will last longer than the standard 5 years.

    They shipped quickly and condition was very good with a minor scratch and and bit of damage on an edge, otherwise perfect. Really quick beautiful. it is up and running and seems very snappy, compared to my 2019 MacBook Pro 16" using an i7. Running Office for Mac and a few Windows apps through Parallels virtual machine and it is way faster without the swapping lag. I would have given 5-stars if not for the charger provided. While it is new, but it is just 45W and have a USB C vs a MagSafe version. I think the 70W is actually an optional item, but way better. So, I will buy a power adapter suitable for quick charging.

    This was my second purchase with back market and the phone looks good. All features are in perfect condition and I really like it. My only concern is that the battery health came at 87% and for an “excellent” condition, I don’t think any phone under 90% should be in this category, which also impacts the price. If you’re going for an “excellent” phone you’re expecting to use it for a long time. The platform should take this into consideration when rating the phones’ conditions as well, not only the aesthetic part. That’s the only reason for not giving it 5 stars.

    It arrived in a box and was properly packaged to prevent it from moving so that was good. There were a few smudges on the back case and slot of dust and smudges on the screen. Everything else was smooth and I ended yo getting my order sooner than it initially was supposed to come. The battery health was at 94% but it still lasts me all day.Overall a great purchase!
