    I’ve only had it for awhile but so far I love it! Only thing…when I set it up, everything was in Spanish. Fortunately, I understand a little bit of Spanish and was able to change the language settings but that was a bit of an obstacle I was not anticipating. All in all really cool little Mac that gets the job done!

    My iPhone 13 mini is in great condition and arrived super quickly. The battery life is not super impressive. They could make it more clear what “everyday” vs “heavy” use means in their condition categories, though I’m probably too cheap to pay for the heavy use anyway, haha! Something is up with the screen where no screen protectors (I’ve tried two different brands) sit perfectly flush, so I have somewhat big air pockets at the top and bottom. Maybe an imperfect screen replacement? Anyway, overall I’m loving having this new (to me) phone with more storage and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg!

    It was a great deal, the computer is in much better shape than it could be. The casing has a lot of scratches on one side, but that’s cosmetic and I didn’t even notice that. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it did not come with the right charger. It came with an off-brand usb c charger which would technically work, but for the health of a battery powered laptop it is critical to use the right type and wattage and I had to spend an extra $150 to get a charger for this computer from a retail store.

    The device looks like new and has 90% + battery. I’m happy with that. Your set up instructions did not work well for me. I had to jump through hoops with AT&T to make it work. I’ve had two or three times when it randomly wants to go to some website when I haven’t even been on the web. this is disconcerting. So I’m giving hit some more time to see if there’s a problem. If there’s a functional problem with this, can I return it after 30 days?

    The charger sent with the MacBook wasn't an OEM charger. Instead of connecting to the magnet charging port, it is a generic charger that plugs into the USB C port. On top of that, when plugged in it says up in the right corner of screen "not charging" even though the battery wasn't fully charged, I opened a request ticket a week ago with the support people and they are checking IF they can get me the correct type, an OEM charger. For the amount of money I paid of this laptop, I expect an OEM charger. It has now been a week since I first opened this issue and am still waiting. The last email I received, three days ago, was: " I’ve asked the refurbisher to send a replacement charger that is compatible with your MacBook. They’ll confirm availability and next steps with you here as soon as they can." As I write this, I am thinking I should have given a two star rating.
