so far so good! I've had this MacBook Air for a couple of weeks and it's been fantastic. would never know it's been refurbished. fantastic value for a great piece of hardware.

I got a MacBook Air (2024) 15-inch - Apple M3 8-core and 10-core GPU - 16GB RAM - SSD 256GB a couple of weeks ago. It was an "open box" Mac I guess because I received it in the original box and with the original charger. Everything looked new and the Mac itself too. Of course it works perfectly as a new computer should and I am very happy with it. I saved hundreds of dollars buying it at Back Market as it was the same as buying it new from Apple or other retailer. I am very glad I came across Back Market. I recommend them, they pay attention to the detail and do things as they say. I had no issues ordering or getting the delivery. I received my new Mac without any problem and on time. The best reward was opening the box and finding a computer that was shiny, new and smelling new just for me.

I've had my refurbished 2024 MacBook air for two weeks, and so far I love it! I'd had no issues at all, and I wouldn't be able to tell it apart from a brand new laptop. 5 stars.

I really needed an upgrade from my intel. This was the absolute best decision I’ve made in a while. I appreciate how much of a deal I got, and I can’t believe how great it looks. Not a single sign of it being refurbished. I mean, it is absolutely flawless. Ridiculously fast and works perfectly. I do have one suggestion. Please put a “fragile” sticker on the packaging. No one wants to tossed around laptop. Especially with the minuscule amount of cushioning in the package. I mean it did its job, but if the handler was a little more aggressive, I’m pretty sure it would’ve gotten damaged.

My MacBook looks like it’s brand new! I love being able to buy refurbished at a discount. Shipping was very quick as well. Overall, a great first time buyer experience! 😊

Such a great deal. Backmarket is a trustworthy secondary market for tech, and I'm so glad to save money and have access to reliable tech! Packaging was with minimal plastic, but safe, and no indication of contents (apple logo not on outside of packaging, making it interesting to porch pirates)
