    Premium Condition? From the looks of it, I’d say brand new, like it was never touched. No scratches, dents or anything out of the ordinary, honestly I wouldn’t had known if it was refurbished if someone had purchased it for me!

    The MacBook Pro is in perfect operating order. I had ordered an excellent quality laptop and got one that looked almost new apart from 4-5 scratches that were visible when standing a few feet away. I was able to get a partial reimbursement for the damage which was great! I was also given the option to return it but decided not to. One star deducted because it didn’t meet the standards of what I originally ordered but overall I’m pleased with my purchase and how the issue was resolved.
