    Absolutely the worst online purchase I've ever made. Ordered an excellent condition iPhone 15 pro max for $841 and it had multiple scratches on the screen when I received it. Went through an extended return process as back market takes at least 24 hours to respond to messages, and thats for each individual message. Then they only refunded me $66 with zero explanation. Now I'm just waiting to hear back why and hopefully get a refund. Super stressful and disappointing.

    I have bought several devices from back market including this iPhone. All items have met or exceeded expectations. However, shipment has been a nightmare each time. All blame for the shipping woes goes to FedEx, however, as far as I know back market provides no other options. In this instance, FedEx scheduled my delivery for a time neither my wife or I could be home. I went online and I paid for a Delivery window in which I would home. Paid for. I got confirmation both at this time, and in a text message the next day of my new delivery window. I then got a message at noon (5 hours before my delivery window) that they tried to deliver my package but I wasnt there and they'll try again tomorrow... I called FedEx and after a frustratingly long process to talk to a human, I was told they made a mistake and they would still have my package delivered that day, in my original window. No big deal. They did not deliver it. So after some time past my window, I called back. Same stupid process to get to a person. I was told again that a mistake was made, but that if I would be available they would still "try" and deliver it that day, but it would be at the end of their delivery window around 12. I told the rep I would stay awake for it, but warned them that if they needed to deliver it tomorrow that it would have to be delivered in the window that I already paid for, otherwise I wouldn't be there to sign. They acknowledged this. I stayed up, it wasn't delivered. Annoyed, but at least this time they qualified it with try.. The next day, right around noon I get a text that they tried to deliver it, but I wasn't there and they would try again tomorrow.....I called back again, same dumb process to get to a person. A little peeved at this point, I asked, then demanded to speak to a supervisor. At this point I was elevated and the supervisor again told me it would be delivered that day in my window. To his credit, it was delivered at 5 on the dot. I did however realize the next day, that they charged me again for a custom delivery time, after not delivering during the first window I paid for! Just ridiculous. Basically, out of principal, I won't knowingly use FedEx again, there for not using back market, even tho outside of their chosen shipment provider, I like and support the service/product they provide.

    Iphone is in good shape but the sensor doesn´t work, I can´t use apple pay or any form of payment when trying to scan my phone at any counter. I use my phone for work so sending it back for fixing or replacement is not an option at this point. You´d think they´ll test this feature before selling but they don´t apparently.

    The phone came in mostly good condition. A small deep scratch but it’s not too noticeable. Works perfectly and was easy to set up. Only downside was the front camera. Purple dots or specs appear and don’t move around. Back cameras are perfectly fine.
