    Well I paid for overnight shipping but didn’t receive my package until 4 days after it initially shipped out. I was told this was normal. Got my phone today and immediately opened it up and the touchscreen doesn’t respond and the facial recognition doesn’t either. I can’t get the phone past the unlock screen. Paid over $600 for an “excellent” condition phone and it doesn’t work right out of the box. I’ve sent messages about this issue and am waiting for a response.
