    Discovering Back Market was a real pleasure. We needed to get a new phone for my wife's mom. We wanted something nice, but she is older and doesn't need or want the newest tech in phones. We found an iPhone 11 at Back Market that was in nearly perfect condition at a great price. When it showed up, it looked brand new. This is our second purchase and it won't be our last.     This is the 3rd item I bought from BlackMarket. Shipping was as expected, the Macbook Pro arrived, Battrey health 93% and the Macbook looks looks TOTALLY brand new. However it would not charge so I had to go to the apple store, turns out that the charging cable was the problerm, so I just bought a new cable, I did get quite a few extra cables like a very good quality HDMI cable, USB-C to USB-C cable and a few other usefull things that I was not expecting... the MacBook works perfectly. I am very happy I will always be a BlackMarket Customer

    The MacBook Air had no scratches on the case or screen or keyboard, even though the condition was listed as Good. It came with the connection power cord in like new condition as well. The only issue was that the computer did not have the latest OS downloaded, so that took more than 2 hours to bring it to where I could download my transfer of information from my old laptop which I had kept updated to the latest Operating System.

    It did not work out of the box. There was a battery issue and it would not charge, only blink an error message. I reached out to back market support and was immediately told it needed to be repaired and that I would be sent a shipping label to send my just-out-of-the-box vacuum in for repair. It’s been a week and I still haven’t not received the shipping label. I contacted Back Market again and asked them to simply replace the vacuum, as I had waited too long. I will update my review when and if they get back to me.
