    Device is exactly as described, beautiful condition! Difficult to tell it was ever used by looking at it. My kid says the battery drains faster than his iPhone XR did, but that's the lottery you play with refurbished products! If it gets bad - (it's fine now) - I'll just have the battery replaced. Much cheaper than paying the Apple Tax for a new phone!

    I was nervous to buy a refurbished iPhone anywhere other than through Apple but the iPhone 13 mini was never available at the Apple Refurbished store, so after looking around I felt the most confident purchasing through Back Market. The 13 mini I purchased arrived a couple of days early and I received notifications when it was going to be delivered so I'd be there to sign for it and the driver did require a signature. The phone was exactly what I'd hoped for and now I feel a little silly being so worried about it. I will buy from Back Market again.

    The phone I ordered is exactly as promised, and arrived quickly in secure packaging. Had I known, I would have kept that packaging, since it took two weeks for my trade-in package to arrive, during which I got an onslaught of texts, emails, and notifications asking why I hadn't sent in my trade-in and warning I'd lose the deal. (I cobbled together my own package and sent it; it turned out more secure than what I finally received.) And getting through to BM about this was as difficult as my efforts to rectify the original snafu, where I was ready to buy after BM sent a $15 discount...but it turned out it had expired 18 hours before it was sent. Coolly, BM eventually issued a new dedicated discount code, five days later. I like my new-ish phone. Is what it is
