I’ve been very disappointed with Back Market. I ordered a MacBook in excellent condition on February 27. It arrived with scratches across the screen, so within five minutes of opening it, I was returning it. That order was canceled and refunded. At the urging of a long time customer of yours, I placed my second order for a MacBook in excellent condition on March 20. it never occurred to me to look at the battery health before setting it up so I invested all of the time to set it up only to discover that I needed to clear it all back off and ship it back in to have a battery replaced. Today May 2, I am finally receiving a MacBook. I so appreciated the ideology behind your business, but I am not able to recommend you because I would not want any of my friends to go through all that I have had to go through in the last 2 months. I strongly recommend that you police your refurbishers more strongly to ensure that your customers are getting what is advertised.
