The listings of available devices were not listed in an organized and logical manner. The pricing was confusing when some items listed in “excellent” condition were sometimes priced lower than those in “fair” condition so the selection process took longer than necessary. The buying experience was pretty straightforward. Although would have preferred a PayPal or Venmo payment option for security. The trade-in process needs work from extreme difficulty getting the shipping label function to work, to payment options for payment, to delay in processing the trade-in payment which I am STILL waiting for.

Excellent iPad Pro. I like how it came wrapped in original packaging with its Apple box. It was all very professional and it looked new. It functions perfectly and I honestly don’t mind it being an M1 chip as the 2021 model. I’m a photographer, so I figured it’d be enough but if not next year I’ll get the latest iPad Pro from you! Your products are great and it helps the environment to cut down both cost and waste without affecting quality.

Arrived super quickly and in great condition. Just needed a bit of a wipe at the sides, as there were some grubby fingerprints. All functionality is as expected.

I've purchased other items thru back market before and had a great experience but this ipad was really disappointing. I traded in the ipad i purchased new from costco only because i need more space on my device, and the ipad i received was worse than the device I traded in :c There was an option on here to send it back for repair but because of my work I can't be without a device for that long. The device's battery is actually great and for the most part its an ok ipad but I only use it for drawing, its my livelihood, and the screen has 3 dead spots that have become kind of tedious to work around. I havent gone anywhere to get a quote yet but I'm just gonna have to pay out of pocket for a fix

I’m very happy so far with my iPad. I ordered one in excellent shape. I’m not sure it’s in excellent shape and it loses ‘juice’ too fast, but it was in very good condition and with the price of a new one, I’m super happy.

I was very happy with this purchase. The package arrived safely and was well-taped. The iPad and charger were also in there original box which also aided in keeping it safe. No scratches or anything, turned on right away and arrived with a full charge.
