    OUTSTANDING support. I misread the video card location and therefore video card model #, and promptly returned he item. The seller was very patient and explained that although the "About This Mac" selection from the apple logo window shows a video card model it does not show the other which is what was advertised. I stood corrected but had moved on to an interest in a higher model . Back Market was extraordinarily kind given the circumstance and even provided compensation for the troubles. If this company maintains the standard of ethics and commitment to product quality as well as service quality, they will lasta long long time in a world full of greed. Nice work everyone!! :-)

    I have had my computer for 15 days, and so far I have not had any problems, I bought it with these specifications because I am dedicated to graphic design and photography, sometimes I make small video edits but not frequently I have already made edits that I used to make on my old one. Imac 2012 and it gave me a lot of work to do and now I feel that my work is faster and more efficient, I hope that everything continues the same and I don't have a problem since this would stop my business. My only bad experience was with the shipping, the company specifically UPS is very inept and irresponsible when it comes to making the delivery, the packaging of my computer arrived broken in different parts and the equipment was compromised, in fact they never made the delivery to my house, I had to go pick it up personally.

    I've been using the Mac for a month now and it's been working spectacularly. At first, it was tough because the battery arrived damaged, but the people feom Backmarket was always very attentive and helped me step by step to solve the issue. In the end, the Mac had AppleCare, so it was possible to fix the battery completely for free, and now everything works well. Very happy with my purchase!
