    I have been scammed. I ordered a computer and got a coat and two pants from aloyoga (with a packing slip to someone else from a month ago). The UPS tracking number on my delivery emails says the package weighed 2.6 pounds, less than the computer I ordered. The methods for getting help just keep directing me back to 'orders' and the same chat conversation. I got a very generic response a couple hours after my first complaint, then nothing for more than THREE DAYS. Back Market, as the marketplace website, provides no means to report a cheating seller on their website. If Back Market won't acknowledge that I never received a computer, will they believe the seller or me when I return my "order"? BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET A COMPUTER.

    I ordered an “Excellent” condition 2017 Xeon W-2191b 2.3Ghz 18-core 1TB SSD 32Gb RAM Radeon Pro Vega 64 iMac Pro, exactly as stated in the description , but instead they sent me a Scuffed up 8-core base model iMac Pro with the all of the lowest specs possible, and with blown speakers, when I called to tell them that they sent me the wrong thing, their response was “ we never even had the model you ordered in stock but how about you try this one out and and tell us if you want to keep it, we are sure you’ll enjoy it” So I returned it immediately and they did nothing to try and make things right. This was the first, and the last time I’ll ever order from this trash site. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM BACKMARKET, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN PROTOCOLS AND THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED TO DO ANYTHING TO AT LEAST TRY AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR ME AND DO NOT VALUE MY BUSINESS.

    I paid extra for a specific color and it came in with the wrong color. No one is replying to my inquiry. They only offered me a model with instead of 512 GB to 128 GB.
