I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

I'm past the 30-day return and I can honestly say I love this MacBook. The condition was listed as "Excellent" and I've found nothing on the body that indicates previous use, the battery cycle was very low, and it runs as well as I'd expect any brand-new laptop to. I did consider buying refurbished through Apple rather than a third party but it would've been $500 more with less GPU and RAM. I only was considering it for the peace of mind of Apple handling their own machine and having Apple's warranty, but I'm glad I saved the money. Just be sure to pay attention to which refurbisher you're buying from and how their reviews compare to other third-party sellers.

I’m happy, I got no complains. Check-out was smooth, browsing was nice, I looked up the specs I wanted on a MacBook and it found one for me. I chose excellent condition for the newest budget friendly option. It arrived in 5 days after order confirmation. The computer looked exactly as I had hoped. The charger it came with was functional, a little scratched and used, but good! The only thing I was concerned about was the boxing, it didn’t have any wrapping over the laptop, just being held in by a box, but if they believe my laptop was shipped fine, which I have no complaints like I said, it was unboxed and look beyond beautiful beyond expectation, I’m happy. That was my only concern, besides that, everything looks great. Battery life was at 91% used, so not bad for being refurbished. I think it was worth it👌🏽

Not bad. Not quite brand new condition but close. They made an account on it and gave a password; that part was unnerving; please deliver these as Apple would, at a “Hello” screen before an account is made.

The Macbook itself is in great condition. I'm happy with the product itself. This is a negative review for the trade-in partner BackMarket is using. However the "trade-in" service is completely misleading and leads you to end up buying a more expensive Macbook thinking the trade-in will be fairly priced and according to the estimate they set up for you. My 2019 Macbook is in completely functional condition, no damage to anything beyond small aesthetic dings on the edges from normal use. As soon as I send off the trade-in, SimplyMacs starts doing bazaar-tourist-trap-tier negotiations. "Oh, look there's an extra small scractch on the body here. Instead of the $700 we quoted you, now we will only give $200. Take it or leave it." Trashy behavior. Don't get fooled by the trade-in game. It's a gamut.

I took the “Excellent” option and i love the quality of the laptop. I had to wait for a friend to come with it to Kenya and the only thing that was a let down is that the charging cable is faulty. I used my friend’s cable and the charger worked perfectly. I’m yet to get another cable, but other than that i love the purchase
