    I am so very happy with my MacBook Pro I ordered in fair condition it looked brand new no dents or scratches I really love my MacBook Pro it has a touch screen at the top where the key board is with emoji so freaking cool I have been using Apple since 2007 I started with a desktop then I graduated to MacBook Pro this is my 3rd MacBook Pro my last was a 2017 I really needed this laptop for all the work I do and I am very satisfied especially how fast it came Thank You Back Market I made a great choice Peace ☮️ and Love 💕

    Arrived well packaged. The MacBook Pro is in good/decent shape. I ran through all the recommended tests right away that took 15 minutes and saw no problems. The battery capacity is surprisingly at 96% and looks like the reseller replaced it as part of their refurbishing process which is a good thing. I spent a good amount of time researching sellers here with good reviews and that helped a lot on the quality of the product I received even though it was not the cheaper one for a "Good" option. I have been this machine for every other day and no problems so far. I have the same exact machine at work for the past few years so I'm sold on the build quality and reliability of this machine. I contemplated a lot if I should go with "Excellent" or "Premium" option for a bit more but decided to go with "Good" given that I had 30 days return option and glad I did. Beside a few noticeable dings on the outside edges and a few minor scratches this is a good deal for the money but if those are things you care about get Excellent or Premium.

    Back Market delivered prompt, professional perfection! Our son was about to start college in Boston. We had issues clearing the tuition loan hurdles, getting enrollment 5 days prior to his 1st class. His orientation letter specified a MacBook Pro was a requirement. Back Market came through big time, offering a renewed late model at half of a new MacBook's cost. We spent a little extra to get him the higer cosmetic grade. It arrived the day before his 1st class- FAST service & shipping! He was overjoyed upon opening the box- Looks & works like new! We make just enough to keep a roof over our heads but our combined income pushes us out of any financial aid; Our sincere thanks for saving us over $1000.00 without compromising the MacBook's power or appearance.

    I was hesitant at first about buying a refurbished MacBook … But I am very pleased! I do a lot of DJ and video editing along with heavy photo editing .. I had it for two weeks now .. and it hasn’t missed a beat! Very glad I chose Back Market!

    Everythings fine it just gets really hot even if i have nothing open but a tab on google. It also randomly goes black screened for a bit even though the battery percentage is high. But everything else is good. Its definitely faster than my last laptop

    I like the Macbook Airs. I don't like Apple retail prices or policies. My previous was capable of receiving updates because of the changes in operating systems. I researched and found that this is a newer low cost chip that can handle things. Keyboard is the same, feels better than the old one.

    Got here in 2 days, selected “Good” Quality, besides minor scratches that was hard to see without light, but still very very minor, damn near close to perfect. Haven’t had it long enough for a longevity review, but the M1 chip makes this feel like The Flash!
