    The product works well, with minor cosmetic flaws, which is expected. The only issue was that I expected 64GB of RAM but received 32GB instead. Despite this, the price I paid was still a good deal for an M1 Max with 32GB RAM, though I wish the title wasn't misleading. Backmarket did a great job of sending a clean, usable product that runs as fast as expected for an M1 Max. I didn't return it because I couldn't find a better price and had heard of issues with returns. I'll keep this purchase, but I hope Backmarket ensures their product descriptions match the actual product in the future. Overall experience: 6/10.

    Quality of the item was just as advertised (refurbished). The Seller MacPro-LA Inc is new seller, I took the chance and i was pleasantly surprised. My IMAC 27 inch is my second purchase from Backmarket. My first was an iphone. I am impressed with the quality product and it was delivered on time. I have owned my imac for about one week now, using it for teleworking. And so far everything works as it should. Keyboard and mouse provided was an aftermarket brand from McNally - but it works just fine. IMAC is clean, no noticeable scratches, looks almost new. Thank you Backmarket!

    The bad: the notebook was listed as "excellent" condition, but had a significant nick in the top lid finish. Getting an upgrade from 4tb to 8tb was quite appreciated, though.

    The item, an IMac 27 2019, supposedly in excellent conditions, arrived with a dent in the bottom and an additional scratch on the screen visible from far more than 8 inches which signals a Fair grade-level condition rather than Excellent. MacPro LA shipped knowingly the item in these conditions. Unfortunately, returning the item is not feasible given my work requirements. Beware that Back Market merely offered a $40 apologies over a $1566 order signaling that they won’t take accountability or hold accountable vendors in their marketplace. Due to my disappointment with the quality expectations and Back Market’s handling of the incident, I will take my business elsewhere.
