    The MacBook Pro was close to described but did have a dent in the cover. Other than that, it was in excellent shape. I ordered it as a replacement for my work laptop so sending it back in was not an option. It runs and other than the dent it is in great shape.

    Laptop came in great condition and quickly. It's only been less than two weeks and the laptop is shutting down and restarting on it's own. I guess that is part of the gig when I buy a refurbished laptop.

    I would actually give this review a 4.8. I say that because the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard were not charged. I had to use my old bluetooth mouse and keyboard to set up and transfer from my old iMac. Because of this, my new iMac would not let me switch from old to new mouse, keyboard was fine. Their service was fast and arrived one day earlier, so I had change my afternoons around, to be present to sign with the currier. I'll be looking at Back Market for future purchases.

    Very happy with my MacBook Air. Been using Windows PCs forever and was sick of bugs and the cheap plastic exterior of the laptops themselves. The packaging left little to be desired. I could literally hear my laptop rattling around in the box. The vendor did laptop bubble sleeve that was way bigger than the laptop itself. Other than that, I'm very pleased.

    I ordered a 2020 iMac and the experience with shipping/customer service was excellent. I've only had it a few days but so far it's performing per my expectations. I didn't give it a top rating due to it arriving with an aftermarket, corded mouse and keyboard, which was not disclosed in the description and is really disappointing. Even my previous 2012 model iMac uses Bluetooth keyboard/mouse. Sacrificing two USB ports for these is not something I can do. Now I have to spend more $$ to order Bluetooth. This isn't the first time I've ordered from BackMarket and received an item not as described. The previous ended with me sending the item back and having to re-order, which is not ideal. I will say my experience with anyone from BackMarket has been pleasant, timely, and helpful, and I understand descriptions are the responsibility of the individual seller. Perhaps sellers need to double-check their descriptions as it feels deceitful and leaves a resentful haze over the entire experience.
