Some people I know will never buy a new car again because deals on used cars are so much better. Now I know that applies to computers. So far, our new (refurbished) Macbook Pro looks and performs great -- and so much cheaper. The buying process was seamless and hassle free. I'll consider going this route again for other items. (The fact that this avoids waste and "throw-away economy" thinking is an added bonus.)

This was my 4th purchase from Back Market and each time I'm surprised at the quality and condition. I've never 'splurged' for the best condition, but each time, it's practically new looking to me. In my experience, they've been conservative on their condition estimations which should be a great comfort to anyone hesitant to buy a refurbished device. As for the usability, I cannot distinguish between brand new and products sold here. Devices work no different than fresh from the box. I don't need the latest and greatest and since Apple supports their devices for long periods of time, this device is expected to last quite a while for me. Bonus: the device arrived considerably faster than expected. Not sure how this could have been a better experience, but if there is, I bet Back Market will find a way and surprise me again.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

Received my MacBook Pro 16inch 2021 and was relieved and happy with the condition. It came packaged well with an Apple charger. It looks practically brand new with only one small scratch that only I could see because I examined it thoroughly. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, please don’t be and trust Back Market. Very satisfied with my purchase.

It was time for a new computer as mine was getting too old to be supported or upgrade much anymore. I've learned to turn to Back Market for the buy. This is my third purchase to date, and everything has been wonderful. I have an iPad, a MacBook Air, and now a MacBook Pro from them. I've also been telling people who didn't know about this option. I was really nervous at first from the reviews. I picked a good condition M1 MacBook Pro 16 2021 , my seller was ( Omaha Blue ) . I Must say it came flawless!!! Better than I expected. I also had Apple run test and everything came back good ,shipping as well was pretty fast. This is a beautiful laptop very flawless battery was even at 100% . I also put warranty on it but worth the purchase they exceed my expectations. I would purchase from this seller again I know people have different experience but mine with Back Market and this seller was Excellent!!!!!! oh I forgot one thing it came with a after market UBC charger , I had to purchase a MagSafe charger because I didn't want to use the aftermarket charger. Other then that I don't have any complaints
