    The Back Market sales and shipping experience was good but this phone should have been rated as fair condition, not as a good condition because of the deep scratches on the screen. Back Market will just say contact the seller, but really I dont have the time to wait to deal with this so I will go ahead and use the phone this time and be wiser next time.

    It was okay. I ordered the phone in excellent condition and when I received the phone it had a visible scratch on the screen which was a let down knowing it claimed no scratches on the screen with excellent condition. You could save some money by just getting your phone in “good” condition. Another thing I was a bit concerned was the battery life it had a percentage of 85% which is kind of shocking I thought it would have at least 90%. Overall, it was okay saved me some money.

    I ordered an iPhone 13 pro in excellent condition. What they sent me was an iPhone 12 pro max with a huge scratch. To top this off, after I sent it back the seller accused me of locking the phone which I did not. The whole thing took over two weeks. I am not normally a suspicious person, but I assume that it was all a stall tactic because they did not have the phone I ordered. Back Market was helpful and got my money back, but I would stay away from Management Pros LLC.

    The item came uncharged and that should have been a sign battery life was not good. It looked nice, came in a plain white box from the seller with a charger and cord. It wouldn’t keep a charge so I returned it. Not the best 1st experience with Back Market. I do recommend this site as I got an iPad 9th generation that came in the original box, still under it’s original warranty that is like new. Go for the excellent status.

The prices have gone up since I last ordered the same phone for my other granddaughter, but then everything has gone up with this inflation.     I’m a bit disappointed with this particular purchase. I selected and paid for “excellent” condition … which states it looks like new; however, there are several visible scratches, marks on the front screen. I had purchased another iPhone in “excellent” condition and it did in fact look new, so I was surprised when this one arrived and didn’t have same quality.
