I "stumbled" onto Back Market's website when I googled refurbished, unlocked iPhone SE (2020). I got my very knowledgable son to look at it. He thought the phones and prices looked very good, and recommended that I get their 2-yr warranty for $39. I bought a phone in very good condition for a great price and the 2-yr warranty. Back Market's CS was excellent. The phone arrived in a couple of days. I'm very pleased and will be back the next time I want an upgrade.

The iPhone SE (2020) is a great upgrade to my older iPhone 8 that I also got from BackMarket. The problem is I misunderstood when I read a trade-in, which is actually a buy back. And not reading more into details, they are treated as 2 separate transactions, instead of the trade-in/buy-back making my purchase 'cheaper'. The one thing that makes it unacceptable... I have to use my checking account, ID, and 4-digit social security to get my money back. I'm even willing to get a store credit for future purchase... I really like the idea of the BackMarket and fully support it. To make matter worse, it's very difficult to get a customer service chat going. Once I got it going with the refurbisher, they agreed to send the phone back, cancel the buy-back... but the customer service chat got closed once they received my phone and said 'ready for payment'. Now I don't know what's going to happen with my money. There's a phone number to call, which is the only option left, and which I will have to do on Monday... very inconvenient. The lack of ability to initiate a customer service conversation brings down an otherwise amazing idea of a market experience a lot. Or at least, establish ...

Nice phone, good condition. It has a hard time staying connected to the internet, Wi-Fi and Verizon when my wife’s phone is right next to it and has no problem. It also stays on roaming a lot. I contacted apple and they said it was probably due to it being refurbished. I can’t complain though for the price I like it.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Back Market. I am absolutely pleased with the products. It is so wonderful to find affordable, refurbished apple products. I have 3 children and 2 of them have started college so we had to buy a laptop and will have to purchase another one in the summer. We recently had to replace a phone one of our teenagers dropped in the toilet. Thankfully, we found one here and it works like it’s brand new!! Thank so much Back Market!! This is my first iPphone in my career thank you so much for BackMarket for making so many people happy with the refurbished it looks quitely as new smartphone thats what I felt when I hold the phone in my hand. Thank you so much the seller and the BackMarket. Now I have gained the confidence so I'm returning the SE 2020 as didn't think that it has physical press button.
