    Very good condition! Looks pretty much new with no scratches at all. Battery life is not the best but it can handle almost the whole day without charging. Heats up while charging but i have no idea if this is normal. I love that the phone came with a screen protection :)

    The product is in good condition. I ordered an "excellent" however the phone has a little scratch near the flashlight, that is visible (not noticeable if you are not looking for defects, though). Other than that, the phone is in perfect condition, working properly and came as advertised.

    I got the “excellent condition” option, the sides have marks that are easily visible from more then a foot a way, the back glass has some marks that are visible from a foot away but other other then it being a little scuffed it works really good.

    I discovered BackMarket at a tech exhibit, found it interesting as I am really into electronic devices. I purchased "Very Good" condition which states that "Very Light visible scratch from 20cm" but there was a significantly noticeable dent next to the charging port... (Literally visible from far away) plus a few screen scratches. I didn't return nor comment on it because I really needed the phone and had to use it anyway. As of right now, that dent keeps bothering me :( However, other functions are working perfectly and I am satisfied with everything else. Willing to buy things again from here in the future but at that time, I will send a direct email to make sure the condition actually satisfies, or maybe the picture of the item that I'll be actually receiving. Thanks though!
