    I ordered a "excellent condition" phone and it looks perfect and I notice details. Phone was unlocked as described, it was formally on the carrier I use but that's just luck. I flashed it with the latest U1 firmware them back to U for my carrier and it's working great. This is my second phone from Back Market and I am very pleased

    Love this phone. Pros outdo the cons at a large level, so I'm very happy. Camera is the best one I've ever had on a phone or regular camera for that matter. It doesn't have any more lag then any other phone I've had, so that's not really an issue either. Only thing is I wish I could put a better battery in it, buy that is the biggest downfall of all new phones these days. A person can't even change out their own battery anymore.

    I ordered a Verizon phone but it would not work with Verizon. Back Market Customer service said the person they bought it from must not have paid it off, but they could have checked that before selling it to me. I took the day off so I would be there to sign for the delivery and then had to go to the Verizon store. Then I had to mail the phone back to Back Market, and now I have to wait for a replacement. Not happy!
