Honestly, smoothest transactions I have ever had. Told the entire office I work in about Back Market. Everyone bought something that day when they saw their inventory. This is the 3rd phone that I have bought. I'll never deal with the cellphone companies again after finding this to get affordable options for upgrades.

Fantastic, phone arrived promptly, and in perfect condition. couldnt see any difference between this and a new $900 phone in a verizon box, except a $600+ price variance in my favour. Highly Reccomended!!!

Great phone at a great price. Was listed as excellent condition and appeared brand new out of the box. Only negative to report was the 29 software updates I had to go through.

The phone is tagged as non-paid and I cannot activate it to use it with my carrier, I contacted customer service and was not helpful, they told me to contact the seller and the seller told me to contact backmarket.

I purchased a "Galaxy S21 FE 5G 128GB - Gray - Locked Verizon" from BackMarket. What I received was a Verizon phone that was locked to another carrier that uses the Verizon network. After running around to various Verizon stores trying to get my SIM to work, I finally found out the problem. I contacted BM. The service rep said wait a day, we'll inquire with the seller. The seller never replied. I said it was time to process the return. I clearly said that I didn't want any more products from BM. I followed all the instructions to return the phone. But instead of processing the return and refunding me, the seller sent another phone. BM now refuses to process the refund until I return the phone. I'm willing to return the phone, despite multiple points of inconvenience caused by the seller botching this transaction in multiple ways. But I shouldn't have to wait on my refund, and they're wasting my time, again and again. BM did offer a 5% discount on a future purchase, which is, frankly, insulting.
