    I appreciate y’all getting me the product at a great price and timely shipping, but it’s running slow. Apple Music sometimes doesn’t work it’ll only allow me to play music and not download it unless I reset the app. Other than that going through apps are slow sometimes it’s never really consistent so i never really have to concern for it but I do worry about the long term effects. But other than that great product definitely will shop here again!

    The Good: The phones appearance is impeccable with no scratches found anywhere on the phone. Everything works perfectly which is to be expected when purchasing a phone from Back Market listed as excellent condition. Kudos! The Bad: I was disappointed to spend this much money for a phone only to find out the Battery Health was barely above the minimum specifications allowed by Back Market. Upon receipt the battery was completely dead and I was unable to turn the phone on directly out of the box. When I checked the battery health after fully charging the phone the maximum capacity for the phone only 88% according to the Apple software. The extended battery life was a big selling point of the Iphone 13pro. All of the other phones that I have purchased from Back Market for my family was able to be powered up out of the box and the battery health have all been either 99% or 100%. Now that I took a risk and spent a considerably amount of money for my personal phone in excellent condition I received one at 88%. Disappointing...

    I had been browsing the website for a month deciding whether to get a refurbished iPhone. But this has exceeded all expectations. For selecting the 'fair' condition, I was somewhat expecting some scratches, medium battery performance and other issues. I received the phone in borderline pristine condition (the only minor issue I residual dirt that can be cleaned by the mic). Battery health was at 91%, which I wasn't expecting since I had seen some reviews that had selected better phone conditions with less than 85% - but I think it largely depends on how well the previous owner took care of the device. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and it's definitely a bonus enjoying a sustainable way to consume technological devices. Only issue was the shipping, where I received the phone first before the cover/screen protector, but I think they were coming from two different sources. Would be a good disclaimer to add for shipment of products and accurate estimated arrival at checkout.

    I was a little apprehensive after ordering after reading some bad reviews about backmarket but my phone arrived like 5 or 6 days after I ordered it and it's perfect. It looks completely brand new except for one or two scratches on the camera glass that don't affect the photo quality at all. And the only other disappointing thing is it says it comes with a charger and only comes with a charger cord and not the box. I've only been using it for 2 or 3 weeks but I haven't had a single problem so far and if someone gave me this phone and told me it was brand new I would believe them. I think it's just important to pay attention to the reviews of the specific refurbisher you're buying it from but I'm super happy and would definitely recommend buying a phone from here!

    For the expectations I had for the phone, the phone hasn’t functioned as well as I hoped. The battery does not have the strongest life between charges and the screen functions are slow for a relatively new piece of technology. I could see the camera functions failing before I’ve owned it for too long
