Arrived in packaging that protected it extremely well through its journey. The phone was in perfect condition, with nothing at all to report negatively. It's still somewhat early but, so far, so good. I hope the phone lasts for quite a while, but when it's time for a new phone, I'll definitely be coming back for my next one. This phone has served me well ever since I bought it. I am sad that Samsung no longer supports software and security updates on it though. I have been a Note enthusiast ever since I bought my first Note 2 and subsequent Note 4. In fact I bought the first Note 4 from Verizon in the City of San Antonio at the time. I digress. BackMarket is my go to place for a device when I need one. I don't even know how or when I found this site but I am soooooo glad that I have. I recommend it to everyone and am addicted to browsing what devices are available all the time.

The phone works and is in good condition. The only complaint is the phone was advertised as excelrnt condition, there is a small scratch but noticebale scratch on the screen that makes it not excelent.

It's working great, as expected of a samsung flag-ship series! No issues yet.

The whole purchasing process was so smooth! And I've been using my phone for a few weeks now with no issues! Not even a scratch on it too!
