    It’s great , 100% battery capacity. My biggest fear when ordering was it not being authentic and it being cracked in shipping. It was packaged well so no cracks no scratches. I typed in the serial number on apple it came up and even still has a warranty under apple which expires soon. Overall great price great product. No complaints. Will order again, 10 out of 10 recommend!

    Backmarket rocks. I've purchased 3 used phones from this site in the last 6 years. I know what you're thinking, that sounds like a lot of phones in such a short amount of time....it is, but not because the phones were in poor condition...it's because I don't know how to take care of my devices.     I purchased a Galaxy S23 in excellent condition. The package arrived on time and was well protected. Most importantly, the phone looks brand new! I can't spot any scratch on any side. I've been using it for a few days now and so far, it hasn't had any problems. Side Note: For some reason, the model I received (SM-S911U) is stuck on Android 13 / One UI 5.1 and can't auto-update to Android 14. After doing some research, it seems like my phone was originally locked to Verizon and can't receive any updates from Verizon anymore. If anyone else has the same problem, you will need to connect your phone to a computer and manually update it using Frija + Odin.

    I must say I was very hesitant on purchasing from this site as I have previously purchased items from a used item site with no good words to describe the service they offered.
