This is my 3rd refurbished phone that I have purchased from Back Market. Just like the other 2 purchases, I am loving this one. The only thing I don't like, and it has nothing to do with Back Market, is the fact they moved the volume keys to the same side as the power button. Makes it harder to do screen shots.

So happy with my new phone! It's refurbished and I selected the "minor scratches" phone but I was so pleased when it arrived. The scratches were almost invisible and I am so happy I got a phone that works like brand new, looks new but I only paid a small fraction of retail cost. Love Backmarket!

Refurbished phone has some quirks, but overall it works well enough with my network (T mobile), and much better than a previous one I had purchased on Amazon that I had to return (same phone, unlocked but wouldn't connect to network at all).

The phone arrived on time and in great condition. You wouldn't even know that it is refurbished. It looks and feels brand new. I will be recommending BackMarket to everyone needing a phone or other electronics.

Got the phone in the mail fast. The phone feels like new. At first I though it was still locked but I once I put the Sim card it worked. My only complain is that I am not getting 5G for some reason but maybe it's something I need to troubleshoot.

I appears to be a very good phone. It works well. Very slights marks or scratches on the body. In one corner, the phone appears to be coming apart, a little bit. It's much better than the phone I replaced with it. Very cheap price. Lots of memory. It's what I was looking for. The new case and screen protectors are good too, for the money.
