I had to replace my old phone after 3 years of heavy use which i bought from backmarket and i can already tell this phone will most likely also last that long if not longer. You're company's prices are unbeatable. I'm usually not one to glaze companies but you guys really pull through on your tech. I bought this phone for my daughter and she loves it!! It is basically a brand new phone. You would never be able to tell it was refurbished. Ordered S20FE in good condition on 3/24, received it 3/27. Aside from a few micro scratches, the phone is immaculate! Screen and camera are spotless and the device is almost as smooth as my IPhone 14, I’m very impressed! 10/10 Will order again!

Phone arrived in excellent condition, battery life exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, I was able to program the google maps app, to get my neophyte husband to an CT Scan appointment without having to print maps in 25 pt. text. I even taught him to reload the map from a text message, in case he accidentally hit a wrong button. I was hoping to pay less, but I'm a bit envious, his phone is way nicer than my motorola Power g

It's hard to believe that my phone is pre-owned!
