So happy with my new phone! It's refurbished and I selected the "minor scratches" phone but I was so pleased when it arrived. The scratches were almost invisible and I am so happy I got a phone that works like brand new, looks new but I only paid a small fraction of retail cost. Love Backmarket!

Refurbished phone has some quirks, but overall it works well enough with my network (T mobile), and much better than a previous one I had purchased on Amazon that I had to return (same phone, unlocked but wouldn't connect to network at all).

The phone arrived on time and in great condition. You wouldn't even know that it is refurbished. It looks and feels brand new. I will be recommending BackMarket to everyone needing a phone or other electronics.

This was my first experience with Back Market, so I was a bit hesitant during the entire process until my Galaxy S20 FE 5G arrived -- 2 days EARLIER than expected. The phone was listed and sold in "Fair" condition, so I was totally blown away when I opened the shipping box to find a beautiful, unmarked phone!! I actually took it to a local repair shop to ask them what condition it suits be considered to be, and the tech couch believe it was sold as fair condition and not as"Like New". I wasn't expecting delivery until September 3rd, I received it on August 31, back market is on their shit!! Also I chose the fair one and it looks new! I love it and I would recommend . I won't buy another new phone!
