So happy with my new phone! It's refurbished and I selected the "minor scratches" phone but I was so pleased when it arrived. The scratches were almost invisible and I am so happy I got a phone that works like brand new, looks new but I only paid a small fraction of retail cost. Love Backmarket!

This was my first experience with Back Market, so I was a bit hesitant during the entire process until my Galaxy S20 FE 5G arrived -- 2 days EARLIER than expected. The phone was listed and sold in "Fair" condition, so I was totally blown away when I opened the shipping box to find a beautiful, unmarked phone!! I actually took it to a local repair shop to ask them what condition it suits be considered to be, and the tech couch believe it was sold as fair condition and not as"Like New". I've had the phone for just shy of a month now and I have absolutely NO ISSUES or complaints. It was exactly as promised - unlocked and usable on any network. THANK YOU Back Market and the vendor!!!

The device performed admirably in terms of call quality, data transmission, and text messaging. The display's image quality and the battery's longevity were also impressive. The only inconvenience I encountered was the necessity to manually update the operating system.

I wasn't expecting delivery until September 3rd, I received it on August 31, back market is on their shit!! Also I chose the fair one and it looks new! I love it and I would recommend . I won't buy another new phone!
