    Very happy with this phone (iPhone 12 mini). Had to buy and return multiple phones from other refurbishers on Back Market before finding this gem. The phones I returned were either “good” or “excellent” quality, but they came with screen scratches, or the phone was half the storage amount it was supposed to be, or there were non-Apple parts (screen, battery) that aren’t recommended. To avoid getting non-Apple parts, I went with a “fair” level, thinking they wouldn’t have put a new screen and battery into a “fair” phone. The gamble paid off - the phone is absolutely pristine and it still has its Apple screen and battery. Very pleased with this refurbisher!
