    Tablets have been performing nominally. On QA prior to shipment - some devices sent to me had an existing preparatory iOS in place that had to be erased before I could enroll for my company. About 3-4 tablets also were delivered with next to no charge while prior delivered devices were 50% or higher on battery power- this delays adjustments to power and display settings within my Jamf environment. Please review with techs to ensure that SOP is being met for these issues.

    The iPad itself was in good condition!! The only noticeable things was that there was a dent On the back of the iPad. The condition was a “good” iPad. Overall it works good & it’s in working condition. It’s just the exterior that’s the problem

    Pro: Very happy with my "new" tablet. It even looks new! Transfer of the info from my old tablet to the new tablet went smoothly, which was a pleasant surprise as I'm not a techie. Con: New tablet needed 6 (!) updates of SAMSUNG software which took about 30 minutes for each update. The updates were automatic, but took a couple hours. Battery in new tablet will probably need replacement within the next few months as it only holds a full charge for a day or two. That is why the 4 star rating.

    I paid for the “good” condition Apple Watch Series 7 and it came with a pretty good scratch right on the screen and a tiny one towards the bottom. What’s the point of paying for good condition if it comes with a deep scratch in the screen!

    I was surprised when the refurbished watch came in the original box, impressive. The watch is flawless. I made a huge mistake by not researching the product before I purchased it.
