The iPad is working well, now that we replaced the cable that was sent with it. Initially, it wasn't charging at all with the cable provided in the package. We almost returned the iPad thinking it was faulty; however, after replacing that cable with a sturdier, stronger cable, it is charging and holding the charge just fine. This is our first Apple product in about 12 years, and are relearning how to use an Apple product since we have Android phones. Overall, we are very pleased with product!

I really need the iPad right now, so it’s in good enough shape to use. I don’t have time to return it and to wait for another one. The iPad was supposed to have no screen damage. The one I received has two large dark spots on the screen and a lot more scuffing and scratches than I expected. Not 100% satisfied nor 100% dissatisfied. Just meh…

The iPad arrived in excellent condition, with the box it was bought in, everything was inside, the charger, the instructions, everything as it should be, the iPad doesn't slow down, it works like brand new. There is no damage, it holds the charge for a very long time, my sister loves it very much. Thank you very much!!:)

A few dents on the back but it’s okay since I ordered the fair condition so it was expected. But the screen was like new no scratches and it’s functioning great right now battery is great as well definitely worth it!
