    I received the item and ended up having to return it. Customer service was great and replied within minutes when I needed to return it. Once the package arrived at their facility I contacted them again to receive the refund and they have been ignoring me for almost 2 weeks now with no response and I have not received my refund, leaving me scammed out of over 200 dollars.

    Macbook was packaged in a box pretty much the same size as the laptop itself. No cushioning or support for the laptop during transit. Even worse, the laptop itself doesn't even work!! It doesn't charge or turn on. What kind of a bullsh*t operation are people running here ??? People are spending THOUSANDS of their hard-earned dollars, putting their faith in these companies hoping to get a working laptop, only for it to be non-functional upon arrival. Customer service hasn't even responded with the 24 hour frame they promise, and now I'm down thousands of dollars with scrap metal and parts. Never going for refurbished products again. Ever.
