    I truly wish I had a device to review but it never arrived and trying to get a helpful response to solving the problem was non-existent. I purchased since November 25th and was promised 2 day shipping. Today is December 10th. I will not be getting a new phone in time for Christmas due to shoddy customer service.     The only thing I had a problem with was the delivery it was set down on my deck and left there on Friday afternoon before I got home from work the wind had blown it off the deck and it landed by the trash can then it snowed and covered it up so when I got home I shoveled the deck off but couldn't find my phone until the following Sunday when I was taking the trash out to the street. I think with something as delicate as a phone they should hand it to someone at the house or put it in the mail box

    Let me start by saying that the only good thing I can say is that Black Market customer service reps are wholesome and responsive HOWEVER that is not the case when it comes to some of their sellers. I purchased what said to be a Cellular Apple Watch 7 from the seller OEM SOURCE INC and although the quality of the Watch was on par I did NOT get what I ordered. Instead they sent me a GPS version of the Apple Watch I purchased (a cheaper version). I reached out to the seller OEM SOURCE INC and did not receive a answer for a MONTH. At that point it was a little too late because the watch was a gift for my daughters Senior graduation. The whole point of my purchase was to buy a watch that she could still use to comunícate if she was out and her phone battery dies due to the fact that she’s going away to college. Unfortunately I did not get what I purchased. I have no doubt that there may be great sellers on here but personally I would say stay away from OEM SOURCE who did nothing for the entirety of a month regarding the fact that they sent me the wrong watch. When asked for a good faith partial refund on the watch all they offered was an apology for not responding in a timely manner.

    I was expecting scratches on the screen and the back of the phone, but I was surprised to see there were literally none and I got in fair condition. In addition to that the battery health was even at 100%, something I was really surprised about because a lot of other reviews were saying how theirs was at 90 or 80 something. I am very pleased to have purchased a phone off of here in a far more better condition than originally expected. If you have any doubt of buying a phone off of here then definitely have no doubt now because they're great! Just make sure that you buy a charger prior because mine did not come with one as promises and I had to go buy one but that's the only con I can say.
