    There is only one issue but it’s a pretty big problem one that I felt should have been in n big bold warning letters. The newest update that you are required to do/have the most up to date update(not the newest phone but a phone that will allow u to update when needed)

    I never received the phone for reasons that Back Market never once made clear to me despite repeated requests, preferring to blame it on the seller that they were unable to send me an identical phone from a different seller. That kind of obfuscation and blame-shifting was typical of the frustrating communication with Back Market. In the end, after two weeks of waiting on them with a barely-functioning phone, I had to ask for a refund and was offered a "sorry" and a pathetic 5% promo code. Just abysmal customer service and a very questionable business model. For the small amount you actually save it's just not worth it.
